You’re my she-ro.
I hope you feel better. To help that along may I suggest some vitamin C to boost your immune system?
You need to listing to some real rap instead of this Jewish rap garbage (except Beastie Boys). Try Tupac or Emminem.
And I bet you money if Tupac were alive he’d be listening to rappers like this…
You should probably expand your listening choices if you’d like to be a well rounded hip hop fan.

Hollyyyy shiz. that was insane. Definitely wasn’t expecting him to rap like that.
Wow, how the heck does he do that?!

“well-rounded”… that’s college talk as I remember. No tunnel vision allowed.
I posted above dissing his lethalness. Right now after relistening to him the main thing I like about him is that he can do a fairly interesting video. There are some serious minuses though. First is that his songs don’t seem to be well written-they’re very stream of consciousness. I’d like to see them flow from idea to idea better. Next, he doesn’t seem to have hooked up with a good MC to do his music so it ends up sounding amateur and boring. I’ve heard better beats from Jazzy Jeff, Will Smith’s MC.
You really can’t compare this guy with great rappers. It remains to be seen if he can improve.

Your comment makes me wonder if Eminem and Tupac are perceived as great rappers only because of the teams and artists behind them producing/consulting/writing their music. I wouldn’t know because I’m not a hip hop fan.

Just a quick wish for an amazingly mind-blowing birthday! Do something nice for yourself today. What the hell, make it a week (at least). You deserve it. Invite a friend for more possibilities for fun shenanigans!
Be well, satisfied, and happy in some way.

I doubt it rose. There’s a saying “you can’t put lipstick on a pig.” A good rapper has to start with aptitude and work hard developing skill in local groups before they get noticed. In the best you can spot high intelligence that shows up in their writing content, linguistic style and business skills. Once they sign they get help with expert feedback and funding but without those raw materials a rapper won’t last long-there is too much competition. No everyone who gets signed makes it as well, there is also an element of creativity that is related to intelligence-lacking this they get stale and forgotten.
